Do you provide refunds?

If we shipped the wrong item or your item was broken/didn’t come within 45 business days, we will refund you the full amount!

Notice – if your item broke after using it, it can no longer be refunded as we sent you a working product.

Do you provide warranties?

No, we do not provide warranties with our product, we will refund you if we shipped a broken item, but if it broke while in your hands, we won’t be able to refund you.

How long does shipping take?

Can I cancel my order?

Yup! email us at sales@shoppingbanter.com or use the contact us page, cancellation is only possible if the item wasn’t dispatched yet.

Do I have to register or open an account?

Browsing the site
It is not necessary to register or open an account to browse the site, however, it will also save you time at checkout.
